The first two revision rounds are free of charge.

Technical and content writing

  • User guides, how-to guides, manuals, knowledge database entries, product catalogs – starting at €80/page

  • Internal documentation: workflows, procedures, company guidelines – starting at €80/page

  • B2B case studies – starting at €300.

Above you can get an idea of my fees. The cost depends on a few factors – the project’s complexity, scope, volume, and length are the most important ones. I’d be happy to provide you with a detailed cost estimate based on your needs.

I propose monthly retainer packages for recurring work (f.e. 2 blog articles + 2 newsletters each month) starting at €750/month, or I can bill by the hour.

Invoicing and payments

I can either invoice the whole project in one go, or issue a weekly/monthly invoice. I’m registered as self-employed in France and for the moment I’m not charging VAT.

I work with clients from all over the world, and I propose a few payment optionsa secure Stripe link where you can pay with a credit/debit card, a wire transfer via Transferwise, or a local bank transfer, if you’re in France or Germany.
